| Abstract: | The genus Coelotes in Switzerland was re-examined. The following species and subspecies could be verified: C. atropos, C. inermis, C. mediocris, C. terrestris, C. pabulator, C. rudolfi, C. pastor pickardi and C. p. tirolensis. Special studies were made in the C. pastor-group of high altitude localities in the southern alps. The structure of the genitalia and biogeographical facts are probably related to the glacial history of the French, Swiss and Italian alps. |
